Felt rough first 7hrs then came round and finished strongly

AUDAX PREP - 8 BERGISCHES KILLER

Stayed dry the whole day!


Rode to Wipperfeld and then then towards Halver before heading back to Wipperfurth
First caffee stop in Wipperfurth - worth a revisit






Decent coffee and Quark Taschen and Ciabatta

Rode then over Shalksmuhle,Hohkeppel,Linde and then Rupiteroich.
Back via Eitorf to Seelensheid...after an emergency Petrol Station stop (mini bonk) steady ride home via the Panzer Str

Overall a good solid steady ride without issues.
